This $4.2 million urban infill project is located on a highly visible site near downtown Austin, at West 6th Street and Mopac. The project features 13,000 sf of pedestrian-oriented ground level retail lease space in conjunction with a four-level parking garage that serves both the new retail
shops and the existing Hartland Plaza office building adjacent to the site.
